ABOUT THE PROJECT

Like all projects by KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER, the interior of Platinum Powder was designed to suit the lifestyle of its owners. This can be seen in how they unwind in the evenings: a glass of prosecco, soft music, the terrace door opens and the dog runs out, while the owners step outside to enjoy dinner with family and friends.

Every corner of this family home is permeated with soft powder tones, creating an atmosphere of very refined and sophisticated luxury. Marble, luxurious textiles, sparkling accessories, crystals, and iconic Italian interior items are carefully integrated throughout the space.

Platinum Powder is a sanctuary home where the desire to relax, create and live together unforgettable memories are intertwined. At the heart of the house is a spacious open space, where the living room, kitchen and dining room seamlessly flow into each other creating a perfect setting for preparing meals, celebrations and engaging in conversations.

The kitchen is fully customized, with its design, configuration and each module developed in detail by the designers taking into account the customers’ wishes. Even the handles were ordered specifically for this project, so their soft pink powdery colour fits perfectly into the general style of the interior.

The second floor of the “Powder” building, according to the design of our studio, serves as a personalized recreational area where each room is designed to meet the individual needs of each family member. Designers meticulously planned this floor to be a collection of private spaces, each complete with its bathroom and dressing area. Beyond being just a residence, “Powder” is a canvas for the art of living and recreation.

One standout feature of the master bedroom, designed in a light classic style, is a stunning mosaic panel adorning one of the walls. This unexpected choice elegantly emphasizes all the other special details crafted by the designers.

The interior of this family home reflects the pinnacle of its owners’ success and prosperity. The house radiates an atmosphere of calm and light tasteful chic that mirrors the harmonious character of the family for which it was designed. Upon witnessing this space, one can’t help but feel the resounding message, “Life is successful”!
