Just like many captivating stories, ours is a tale rooted in family. It all began with the fateful meeting of two dynamic and creative individuals, architect Danylo Koshulynskyy and designer Karina Mayer, during their time at Lviv Polytechnic University. Their blend of structured thinking and imaginative vision not only formed a formidable partnership, but also a close-knit family.

When we speak of “About Us”, it is not just a recounting of our accomplishments, but an exploration of the family values that bind the entire KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER team together. While we initially focused on a diverse range of project types, such as commercial spaces like business centers and boutiques, we ultimately chose to dedicate ourselves to bespoke real estate. This path is intricate and demands a profound understanding of individual needs, as it involves crafting spaces that truly feel like home.

With a focus on creativity and mathematical precision, designer Karina Mayer and architect Danylo Koshulynskyy have established the signature style of their company, where their entire team now operates. Guided by a commitment to excellence in the design industry, they have brought together a team of dedicated and skilled professionals. Their shared goal is to create contemporary living spaces that seamlessly blend comfort, style and innovation.

Today, our company offers a wide range of real estate design services. Our passion lies in creating personalized living spaces for our clients. Designing private homes requires careful consideration of the individual’s character, habits and tastes in order to create a harmonious and stylish environment. Our unique approach has earned us recognition from clients and prestigious design institutions.

In late 2023 and early 2024, our studio was honoured with several awards in the design and architecture industry, including the IDA, Master Prize, London Creative Competition and FEEEL Design World Prize. Our interiors have been featured in popular publications worldwide, such as ELLE Argentina, Amazing Architecture (USA), and Archello (Italy).

In April 2024, we had the opportunity to participate in the Tigullio Design District design event in Liguria, Italy, dedicated to luxury lifestyle including exquisite housing, yachting and outdoor recreation. At the end of September, the Italian magazine PLATFORM Architecture and Design invited Karina Mayer to represent Ukraine among 13 leading European companies at the special event “Stone Lovers” during the Marmomac exhibition in Verona.

Despite the events faced in Ukraine, our work has continued to receive recognition on a global scale over the past few years. It is important to us that through our work, we are able to showcase the resilience, creativity, and talent of the Ukrainian people.
