A Design That Overcomes Challenges
The project commenced during a time when power outages forced craftsmen to carry all materials and equipment up to the 13th floor manually. Construction was carried out using autonomous energy sources, requiring quick decision-making and innovative solutions. However, despite these obstacles, KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER design studio, along with a professional team of contractors, successfully executed an interior that blends advanced materials, technological solutions, and modern aesthetics.
This space is not just about resilience and craftsmanship—it is also about innovation. From material selection to the final details, every element underwent meticulous quality and durability testing. The result is an intuitive environment that provides residents with a sense of harmony and stability.
Sophisticated Solutions and Mastery
A key focus of this project was on collaborating with Ukrainian manufacturers. All furniture, decorative elements, and finishing materials were crafted by local artisans, ensuring a unique design while supporting the national economy. The concept is based on the integration of natural materials, exclusive designer furniture, and refined details, characteristic of Minimal Fusion.
Master Bedroom: A Balance of Refinement and Functionality
The bedroom impresses with bold spatial solutions, ensuring maximum functionality and aesthetic equilibrium. Access to the bedroom is arranged through a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom, emphasizing a sense of openness and elegance. This room combines modern minimalism with thoughtful geometry, resulting in a sleek yet sophisticated ambiance. A custom-designed washbasin in an open bathroom area adds a hotel-like luxury. Multi-level lighting helps adjust the mood throughout the day, adding depth to the space. Textured decorative plaster and deep-colored textiles enhance the overall color scheme. Glass partitions maintain an open feel while preserving intimacy and comfort.
Children’s Room: A Space for Growth and Creativity
As always, the KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER team creates interiors designed for the future. The children’s room was conceived with adaptability, allowing for effortless transformation as the child grows. Dynamic design elements that can be easily updated over time. Bright accents and geometric shapes to infuse energy into the space. Ergonomic furniture for ultimate comfort and organization. Creative zones that inspire personal growth and artistic exploration.
Open Space: Rhythm, Elegance, and Comfort in Contemporary Interior Design
The central living space of this apartment is an open-plan area, where the living room, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly merge. Thanks to its meticulously designed composition and clean lines, this space showcases modern interior design at its finest. True to minimalist principles, functionality is the absolute priority. All kitchen appliances and household items are fully integrated and concealed, ensuring visual lightness and immaculate order. Sleek furniture, smooth surfaces, and ergonomic layouts highlight the minimalist philosophy—nothing superfluous, just pure aesthetic perfection and comfort.
Geometric lines flow seamlessly, creating a rhythmic harmony throughout the interior, while artistic accents introduce sophisticated warmth and emotional depth. A particularly striking element is Victor Shchetz’s painting “Kiss”, positioned between the windows. This artwork serves as a key artistic focal point, symbolizing family values, harmony, and resilience.
