ABOUT THE PROJECT

Designing men’s interiors is for us equivalent to creating a “perfume homme”. It involves crafting a comfortable space that embodies the essence of masculinity, with a clear blend of practicality, desired ambience and tailored elements that cater to the owner’s interests.

We carefully incorporate personal preferences, tastes and nuances to truly capture how the owner lives and cares for his space. With our expertise and attention to detail, we strive to go beyond expectations and deliver a finished interior that is perfectly adapted to the individual. Your intérieur homme is now complete.

This apartment is located in a newly constructed building, where the KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER team implemented its changes to the original planning solution. To perfectly fulfill the owner’s requirements, even were partially demolished to complete the renovations.

The design concept proposed by our architectural company was customized for a young bachelor who spends most of his day at work. The idea was to create a space that serves as a peaceful retreat after busy work days, so we focused on making the living room and kitchen areas more vibrant, practical and inviting, ensuring they provide the owner with a comfortable and functional environment to relax in.

The kitchen and the sleek living room, adorned with bursts of modern art, are meticulously planned with everything unnecessary concealed. The kitchen, in particular, is designed for easy daily maintenance and use, tailor-made for the needs of a modern man. The colour scheme throughout the apartment is moderate and calming, with the kitchen featuring soft evening tones.

Natural materials are prevalent in the design, with parquet flooring, wooden ceiling accents and stone elements adding to the organic feel. Despite the focus on natural elements, many furniture pieces, lighting fixtures and art objects are selected for their aesthetic appeal, reflecting the youthful and ambitious nature of the owner.

For instance, the home office and bedrooms look very intimate, but functional and stylish at the same time.

This uniquely personalized space for a man is meticulously designed considering his busy work life and the need for a relaxing home environment. The design incorporates durable, high-quality materials and vibrant elements that mirror the owner’s personality.
