ABOUT THE PROJECT

This architectural project is tailored for a family with two student children, blending modern design with classic accents.

Since all residents are adults with established tastes, we focused on creating an elite residence that exudes sophistication while maintaining a harmonious black-and-white palette that ensures each element feels intentional and well-placed.

Domino Premium Home

The first floor serves as a dedicated recreation area, fostering an inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends. In addition to a spacious combined open space, this level also includes a laundry room, a guest bathroom and a home office.

It is within the recreation area that the true character and potential of the interior come to life. The layout seamlessly integrates the living room, kitchen, dining area and a small hall leading to the second floor, while still providing clear distinctions between each space.

The design captivates with a dynamic interplay of contrasts: expressive textures highlight the importance of each element, while a striking dialogue unfolds between black and white hues. Accents of green marble, dark wood and sleek metallic surfaces above the kitchen workspace serve as bold counterpoints to the chosen colour scheme.
To embody a premium vision of comfortable living infused with classical undertones, the designers incorporated stucco moulding on the ceilings, crafting them at varying levels to enhance volume and depth. These ceilings, rather than being mere surfaces, act as structural elements that delineate zones through a sophisticated domino effect. In contrast, the walls are adorned in white, featuring friezes with stucco details and elegant classic baguettes.

Exquisite wall panels made of dark American walnut and green marble elegantly outline the transitions between zones, while the proportional use of marble visually resembles columns.
The living room floor features a “marble carpet” design that frames areas of parquet arranged in a classic “French herringbone” pattern, while large-format tiles from Molteni define the dining room and kitchen spaces.

Every piece of designer furniture, marble tables and lighting fixture has been meticulously selected from the latest extravagant global collections. Notably, the lighting above the dining table was designed by Mathieu Lehanneur, renowned for his work on the scenography for the 2024 Olympics. The luxurious sofa is crafted by Edra, while the design of the bio fireplace is by KOSHULYNSKYY & MAYER team.

The second floor is dedicated to the private rooms of each family member, featuring two bedrooms for children and a master bedroom for parents.

This house is a testament to bold and unique design, where the owners sought to surround themselves with luxurious objects that evoke comfort and celebrate their achievements. The classic elements are seamlessly integrated with modern developments and trends, creating a timeless yet contemporary home.
